Needing help about signing apps

Hi.

I tried to sign "Kaspersky Mobile Security 7" using key and cer files that I got from OPDA.
But when I try to install signed app, I get this error: "Requierd application access not granted."
I have the same problem for signing "DRM Common Solution" cracks (for Psiloc apps).
What is the solution?
(I don't like to hack my phone.)
