Have make a Backup with PC Suite to and become back 9035 Pionts. I played again to 10000 Pionts

AND THE APP CRASHED AGAIN

I have a really big problem.
At this day i take the 10.175 Pionts and my Ngage App doesent starts anymore.

Does Somebody take 10.000 Pionts to and his App is working?
Please give me a answer.

P.S.: I delete and re install the Ngage App but now i can not update my profile 0 Pionts Friends added and Step 14.
But when I treid to update Profile the App closed without any message. Tried to install my games but all my gamesaves are
away.

no no ..so much people got more than 10K points ,and  a player already got more than 20K points.
