Post you're ID, your IMEI (15 numbers only) and the date, only in the correct topic so here is the link: -

- make sure you remember what date you posted and what page number your post is on (these are both very important).
Then sit back and wait (could take a day or so).
- because you are waiting to see a red highlighted entry/post like this: -
(NEW) English User Certificate 2008/?/? （***? - ***? PAGE） this must contain your page number.
When you see your page is within the range of pages shown then click on the thread and you will see a long line of IMEI's.
Find your IMEI on the list.
Then go to the bottom of the list and click on the RAR file (it will cost you 1 or more OP coins to receive download) then accept the download.
The download contains your Cert and Key file that you then use to "sign" your applications.
