To facilitate you and improve our service, we're going to launch a new certificates application system, and the old cert application thread will be closed now. There's the introduction:

证书系统操作方法(The steps of certificate application)：

1:登陆以后点击右上角的 “设施”   “证书系统”。

1. After logoning, click “设施” (Facility)  --> “证书系统” (certificate system).

2：在 “证书申请” 里面依次在 “串号”和“手机号码” 填上你的相关信息。点 “提交”。
“手机号码” 这里必须要填上以 13 ， 15 或 18 开头的，并且是11位的数字。
每个普通注册会员可以免费申请1次，VIP则为5次。超过以后则需要每次申请扣 1 opb的费用，下载免费。做到真正的方便会员朋友们。 =================================================================================
2. Fill in the following blanks.
“串号” (IMEI): type *#06# in the dailing mode. (15 digits)
“手机号码” (Mobile Phone/Cellphone Number): should begin with '13' , '15' or '18'. (11 digits)

Arbitrary figure. Satisfied should begin with 13 , 15 or 18. (11 digits)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Attention: a new registered member can apply for a cert freely at first time( VIP member can apply freely five times).
After your free period, you must spend 1 opb each application, and download for free.

3：成功提交后跳转到 “我的证书”。 下一步就是耐心等待证书做好了。

3. After submitting successfully, you will be redirected to “我的证书” (My certificates).
All the certificates you applied are listed here.

4：做好证书以后。进到 “我的证书” 直接点击 cer和key 下载保存你的证书cer和key文件。
遇到下载失败，请多试几次。下载慢则耐心等待，就能下载成功。

4. Several hours later, you can check “我的证书” (My certificates) if it's available for download.
When your certificate is finished(已完成), you can download the “cer” and “key” file separately.
Please try again when you're fail to download it, just be patient.  ;)

常见问题以及解决方法（持续更新）：

1：签名时候 key的密码是什么？

解决：opda发放的key文件都是无密码的，密码那里空着即可。谢谢。


2：5800 签名以后出现  安装软件 手机显示 证书过期  。

解决办法：5800由于是比较新的系统，很多软件不支持安装，有待进一步完善，
若签名软件后 安装时显示“证书尚生效、已过期或者日期设置不对”，
请先格机，启动后调整好本地时区和当前的日期 再安装软件 一般都可以解决！
格机命令： *#7370#


3：如何取得更多的opb？

4：我的手機號碼是台灣或者香港其他地方的,0919的,請問要如何申請?謝謝

解决：随便你填就是，只要 以 13 ， 15 或 18 开头的，并且是11位的数字。
例如：13123456789
     15123456789
      18123456789等等

5：i cant find the phone no.with the 11 digits for the second row ?
please help me. where can i find it

6.证书系统里能看到我2008年7月份的申请,但是下载链接无法下载证书.....

解决：遇到下载失败，请多试几次。下载慢则耐心等待，就能下载成功。
直接ie下载！ 请勿使用下载工具。建议你多点击几次cer或key。耐心等待下。还有可以右键cer或key另存为。
