Best Program to Create Themes
Hi Everybody! I'm new in this forum and i think it's very cool!
(I'm Italian, so sorry for my english, is not very good)
One of my passion is creating themes, so i use the software on line given by ownskin.com.
Somebody of you knows another method to create themes? There is another software (possibly downloading it on the pc and not to-use on line) better and simplier than ownskin?

maybe it's only bad luck, but pic2theme stucks my cell, forcing me reboot him (so don't use it ¬¬).
