What is the best navigation software, Nokia maps or Garmin?

garmin is very good and have good maps for my country greece
you should try all the programs garmin sygic and tom tom and try also the maps
after you can pick yourself the best

Hi, some people says that Route 66 mobile 8 is the best software.
I don't use it yet, but on my old 6630 I used the version 6 (I think...) and I don't like it so much...

Maps for Route66 v8 are good, but they are definately not as good as maps for Garmin.

In new Garmin City Navigator Europe 2008 Mapsource the map is covering about the 90% of Poland.
I use this map with E65 - work perfect.

I try tomtom and route, but I prefer route because my nokia with built in gps can works perfectly with bultt in gps. So tomtom have a lot of map, PDI (points of interests) update every day and so on. I hope to be useful to all

I wouldn't recommend nokia maps as it has the worst UI. Best UI is tomtom's ever

As I am aware of, GarminMobile XT is said to be the best mobile navigation software. Though, it is troublesome to find Map IDs.
I tried it on my N95, but didn't quite manage to get it working...
