I am just wondering whats the writing speed of nokia n95 8gb on its built in flash which is 8 gb............ is it slow??????? or much better that the N95 classic......??????? what do you think guys????????

writing speed on inbuilt flash memory (n95 8gb) is horibble ~800 KB/s , n95 classic is better with card reader. But i love my N95 8gb and i dont need to copy 8GB every day so its OK:zs:

Supposing that u don't have to back up daily your 8gb memory the speed of the N95-2, with the latest firware (15), is very fast, don't worry ;)

n95 with external memory
the internal memory card of the n95-8gb stinks. itsssssss slow as a slack. you better buy the n82 with an external memory card (just shove it in the n82) itssss muchhhhhhhhh more faster.

The internal memory is very slow, it takes forever to transfer a large file... but it doesn't affect its normal use. It's a great phone by the way, I only wish it had a better resolution display.

n95 8gb loading of the phone is faster than n95. Transfer of the file is very fast provided it is updated to v15 firmware.

I had an N95 (classic) and it worked so slow, with firm 20.0.0 XX ( i do not remeber) the mobile increase the speed. Now, i have an N95 8 Gb and in my opinion , it runs faster than N95 classic.
The N95 8gb has installed the lastest firm 15.0.015.

transfer to the built in 8gb flash is pretty slow. The latest firmware helps, but still not as fast as a flash card.
