How do update last firmware (4.0738.3.1.1) RM-132 to RM-133?

It depends where apps are installed... If you have got them on memory card nothing should happens :) Make a backup of phone memory contest ;)

I don't think it's possible. The RM-132 and RM-133 are two different phones: the RM-133 is 3G, the other is not. It can't be done with a simple firmware update. Look at this thread on the Nokia Forums:

Nokias NSU is truly great, I wish other manufacturers would offer this. And with NSS you can even obtain other languages not in your language pack, or music editions on non-music edition phones (like N73)
